After July the 1st. the full price is 2.000 kr.

Included in the price are:

* 2 nights accommodation on location*
* All meals (organic, vegetarian, Ayurvedic inspired & cooked with a respect for the doshas present on the retreat)
* At least one professional massage session of 30 minutes tailored especially to your needs
* A personal yogic session regarding your Dharma** with E-RYT*** Maj Ingemann-Molden
* Daily themed Power yoga classes
* Chanting sessions with live music

When: Last weekend of July; from Friday the 29th till Sunday the 31st of July.
Where: Den Gamle Skole on the tiny Island of Egholm (see attached picture) located in Limfjorden off the coast of Aalborg, Northern Jutland.
Who: You perhaps - a maximum of 15 people; teachers and facilitators included.

The Island is only reachable by ferry departing regularly from Aalborg (unless you are a really good swimmer or have a canoe) .

Come and explore a real retreat as it was meant to be; before luxury hotels and travel agencies got mixed up in it!

* Bunk beds (køjesenge) in shared rooms. If this is too much like a sage on top of the Himalayas for your taste; there are plenty of other options available - do not hesitate to contact us to hear more.
** Like many other sanskrit words Dharma has many meanings, the most common being the essential quality or character, as of the cosmos or one's own nature. The function or duty of your being, or 'your purpose' if you like.
*** E-RYT is a designation used by Yoga Alliance referring to an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher.
