First time in Denmark - Try out this Isha Hatha Yoga with Fabian from Soul of Yoga
One of the questions that comes up most often among those who are just starting out with yoga or even those who have done it for a while is “How do I become more flexible?”
Maybe you are wondering if you are ever going to be able to sit in a cross legged posture without it starting to pain so badly after only 5 minutes that you have to come out of it. Or maybe you would like to be able to bend your body down and touch the floor without needing to bend your knees.
You might wonder if there is any way of “undoing” the many years of spending a major part of your days at your desk in a posture which probably isn’t quite supportive to your body’s posture and overall flexibility.
Now you can participate in this two days course and learn an easy series of postures to guarantee you a more flexible body in a very short time and also it is a nice combination to other kinds of yoga like Hot Bikram og YIN yoga.
Isha Hatha Yoga is an ancient yogic fitness session and the purest form of a whole body workout you can get.
