Ieva and Magnus invite you to a second yoga and sound healing event. During Easter they held an amazing event at Koncertkirken. This time SALIG is the proud host.

It will be a special restorative yoga class suitable for all levels. We make slow fluid movements and stay in the poses for longer time to relax and release. Ieva’s mindful classes are know for being a cocktail of gentle yoga, meditation, philosophy and individual corrections in the asanas

The class ends with a 30 minute Savasana and healing sound bath, where you will meditate and drift off to the sounds of gongs, singing bowls and chimes, among other instruments.

Before you head back into the outside world you can hang out in the lounge at SALIG and enjoy some tea and cookies.
