Aerial Restorative Yoga Restorative Yoga is a practice full of benefits, a moment of surrendering towards your own self… now imagine that you can add to this experience a hammock, this component is used in this practice as a prop, the fabric can increase the sensation of rest and support. Hammocks will be setting around 20cms off the ground, unlike traditional Aerial Yoga where the hammock is at hip height. Helping your body to release and relax in extra supported poses, where we will use even more props such as bolsters, blocks and blanket, just to make the experience even more exceptional. There will not be any hard or demanding poses to perform, your muscles will enter into a sweet state of relaxation and recovery. Among some of the benefits is the reduction in symptoms of sciatica and lower back pain. We will finish with a long supported savasana where you can melt into the hammock.
