Yinstorative Yoga for Space with Sandy

This is a 3 hours Yin + Restorative Yoga workshop focused on making space – mental and physically. Through static and meditative movements we will slowly shed our winter coat, through stillness we release our contracted muscles and prime our system into a full, delicious relaxation. You will leave this class feeling full, spacious and full of calmness. This class is taught in English. Sandy comes from a flow, yin and restorative background. Her classes are a blend of conscious movements, mindful meditative breathes, and accurate, functional engagement cues.
