Iyengar yoga and Hiking There will be an active practice in the morning and a restorative practice in the evening, both suitable for all levels. If you have any physical issues or injuries, we will help you modify for them. Between sessions, we will have plenty of free time to hike and relax, or visit nearby towns around beautiful Lake Como located only 20 minutes away. 45 minutes north of Milano in the province of Bergamo . Each day, we will teach two yoga classes in a beautiful studio overlooking the mountains exploring asanas and pranayama that connect us with and balance the various aspects of our elemental nature (earth, water, fire, air, and ether). Departure June 30 after breakfast. For transportation to and from airport a shuttle can be arranged from the retreat center if wanted.
