Ren nydelse til dig når GongMaster Aiste Venskune og BodyMindness® founder Jane Abigail Rosengren i smuk forening tilbyder dig en afslappende, meditativ og også forfriskende oplevelse med BodyMindness® Sound Bath.

Først inviterer Jane dig til at forbinde dig med din indre visdom via den blideste, healende yoga i 80 minutter. Efter yogadelen er du fuldt og helt til stede i din krop og Aiste inviterer dig herefter til endnu dybere lag af den meditative tilstand via hendes smukke lydbad, som fremkommer via mange forskellige instrumenter, som Aiste mestrer på smukkeste vis. Lydbadet varer 90 min og du ligger i Shavasana på din måtte pakket ind i dine tæpper.

Kom gerne i blødt, varmt tøj og tag et lunt uldtæppe med som ekstra.
Vi har yogamåtter til alle.

The teaching will be in Danish. Undervisningen foregår på dansk.

Aiste Venskune
Aiste is a psychologist, Gong master, Points of You certificated trainer, coach who delivers workshops and lectures in emotion, stress and conflict management. She leads Reiki and sound healing events, and teaches meditation techniques and breathing exercises.
Join Aiste and Jane in to the beautiful, relaxing and releasing BodyMindness Sound Bath in the heart of Nørrebro.

First you will be invited to your inner wisdom by the softest, healing yoga poses with Jane for 80 minutes. Then a short break.

After the yoga will lie down for 90 min long Shavasana, where Aiste will bath you in to the beautiful sound bath with a lot of different instruments.

What is BodyMindness® and what to expect?
Bodymindness® is a meditative, relaxing & therapeutic yoga style which invites you to connect you’re your body on a deep level.
BodyMindness® is founded by Jane Abigail Rosengren, who is an experienced yoga teacher with several educations within the yoga world. BodyMindness is mainly done lying on your back.
Focus is on your spine, hips, pelvis, shoulders and neck. A woman once said “BodyMindness is like having a massage … but from the inside” … I could not have said it better myself.
BodyMindess® is suitable for every one.



What is Sound bath and what to expect?
During the Shavasana you will simply lie down on a mat, wrap yourself in a blanket, lay your head on a pillow, close your eyes and relax while listening to gongs. The sounds that come out of the gongs are difficult for the human brain to follow, and you will most likely drift into a deep meditative state.

Energetically, emotionally, spiritually, and physically - there is no part of you that will not receive the sound. Stress melts away, as the brain moves into Alpha and/or Theta states, triggering a sympathetic nervous system response that lowers blood pressure, slows the heart rate, relieves stress, pain, and more.
Sound therapy is widely used throughout the world for its calming, stress lowering capabilities. It’s very good at relieving pain, stress or dealing with personal issues, it tends to bring people to a blissful state that can often last for many days.
