Yoga Retreat Island- English version

Island - Uthild 5-12 September 2020

Join beautiful Island on an unforgettable Yoga retreat ​This Yoga Retreat focuses on inner peace, joy, unconditional love, body love, inner love, working with the yogic therapy to let go of stress , bad habits, new goals for life.  All surrounded in the unique nature on Island. There will be  opportunity to see the Northern Lights and the beautiful Island autumn. We will stay in the nice cabins, view to see Hekla (Vulcan) and the beautiful nature area Uthild.

The Rooms : The rooms are double rooms. We live in 2 cabins where there will be yoga in the living room at the big cabin and some days we will have yoga in the beautiful church , just near us. All cabins are with hot tub. ​Food: We will eat brunch and dinner on a small local restaurant. Any special diets please contact me. ​

Program:

07-08: Coffee, The, fruit.

08-10: Meditation and Hatha Yoga

10-11am: Brunch

11-15: Leisure, Hiking, Booking of Healing and Massage.

15-16: Collection for tea and snack

17-18.30pm: Restorative Yoga

19-20.00 Dinner

Excursions:

There will be 2 excursions during the week. One for Secret Lagon (https://secretlagoon.is/) 1 day hike in Raykjadalur with swimming.

Leisure: It is possible to go horseback riding yourself It is also possible to rent your own car if you want to exploring the country yourself.

5 persons car price  around 540 euros pr. week

Yoga: The Yoga teaching is based on traditional Hatha Yoga. There will be a focus on removing physical as well as mental blocks. It will be active yoga, and physically can be challenging some days. Everything will change under this inner travel and being on the 7 day retreat is a deep journey til your inner self. I will guide  you gently through this inner journey. There will also be Restorative yoga is a pure meditative form of yoga, were I will work with your  nervous system, guide you in deep relaxation, helping you to let go off stress in body and mind. It is a very healing practice. 

Leisure: It is possible to go horseback riding yourself It is also possible to rent your own car if you want to exploring the country yourself.

Treatments: It is also possible to Book a Healing. A treatment for you Soul, Body and Mind. ​

Price including Fly tickets From Kastrup Denamrk: 2000 Euros

This includes:

Return ticket Copenhagen airport  - Keflavik airport 2 Yoga classes  for 7 days 1 Excursion to Secret lagon 1  excursion to Hike. Room double room Brunch and dinner for 7 days,  as well as snack and tea and coffee for 7 days Airport transfer A week of unconditional love for yourself. ​

Not included: If you want to rent a car to explore yourself. (Let me know off you do)  Horseback riding or other excursions Blue Laguna ​ If I could be interested we can go to Blue Laguna on the last day to  this amazing spa place it costs 80 euro for a day. for one person.
