An experience-based 2.5 hour workshop that combines mobility training principles with conventional yoga poses.

Focusing on fully realising the more “basic” poses and exercises, you will learn unique and effective ways to add into your yoga classes and personal practices. These mobility exercises are progression based and are completely accessible for students of all of ages and abilities.

Exeercise hand-outs and resources page will be provided to help you remember and organise your practice.
