In this workshop we will combine functional mobility drills, traditional yoga movements and contortionist exercises to activate the whole back line of your body. There will be a small amount of theory outlining the fundamental conditions of a healthy, happy, deep and stunning backbend. The exercises in this flow master class are “drill-based” that can be utilised in your practice and classes immediately. Hand out and resources page will be provided during the workshop.
