Tend to your yogi curiosity with this workshop about fascia and its integration into yoga practice and teaching.You will get a chance to enjoy 4 hours of learning and practicing with two specialists- Rahele Indzere, physiotherapist, specialized in fascia therapy, and Laima Uzomeckaite, yoga therapist focused on movement science and holistic treatment.Starting the day with silent entrance and breathing meditation, we will practice a thorough warm up of the body and prepare the mind for learning.This morning practice will be followed by introduction to myofascial lines and active lecture.
