Imagine a place where you are welcome just as you are - with everything that you are. 

We have no expectations of how you should or should not be, you can be quiet or social with other guests - and you can play or contemplate. 

Whatever you prefer you are are so welcome here at Fyrregaarden.

The “programme” the 24-26 is an invitation. You Can do as much or as little as you want to participate in.

In this retreat we celebrate the spirit and the feeling of the holidays in its truest sense. 

The Holidays for us is about being together, giving, feeling welcomed, being nourished, giving thanks and blessings.

The retreat has a spiritual content but is not tide up to any tradition or belief system. It is freed from religious dogma and traditions.

It is a new interpretation of what we believe is important this time of the year. 

This is Our own time.

Food will mainly be delivered from the wonderful ecological “Rørvig Catering”, a small Company run by lovely Kirsten that uses local produce from the farms around the area. Its vegetarian meals.

✨PROGRAMME✨
 

❤️24th Of December❤️

9-10 am check in to your room

10  am welcome and gathering in the Fireplace room

11-12.15 grounding meditative yoga by Sara Quist from Vibe of Life

1 pm Lunch

2-3 pm. Songs from the Heart in the yoga shala (Sing along or listen)

3 pm Sunset ritual at the beach (fire and water)

4-6 pm Relaxing time and a warming drink in the Fireplace room

6.30 pm celebration dinner 

8 pm. Pinetree ceremony outside in the woods (earth and wind)

From 9 pm Free dance to an excelent playlist in the yogashala and/ or Woodfired Hot tub under the stars

9-10.15 Morning freeing yoga with Sara Quist from Vibe of Life

10.30 am Brunch

12 -15 pm free time / board games in the Fireplace room/ and lunch

15-18 pm Heart to Heart Workshop with Signe V Bentzen

18.30 Dinner (with dessert off course)

20 pm Play Like children: games in the yoga shala

21 pm Woodfired hottub under the stars

9-10.15 Morning hatha yoga.

10.30 am Brunch

12-12.30 pm Loving goodbyes meditation

Alcohol is welcome in the evening in moderate intake. Bring your own.

Prices includes room, all food, yoga, workshop, hottub etc.

Do you struggle to make ends meet we have a few spots available for a discount, where you can do volunteer work here.

Your booking is binding. If you cant make it you are free to sell your ticket to another guest.

Fyrregaarden is located in Odsherred 1 hour by car from Copenhagen. 
Or 30 minutes from the Ebeltoft/ Odden ferry from Aarhus.

We Can arrange Pick up at Højby S if you come by public transportation.
