This is a Kundalini Yoga workshop with Emma Öberg where she will tell you about how your yoga practise can develop your mind so you can get in deeper contact with your core essence, how the ancient scriptures describe it and what modern psychol- ogy is suggesting. You will then learn about how to establish a daily practise, what hindrances you might encounter and strat- egies how to deal with them. You will get instructions for the

40 day challenge both during the evening and on paper to bring home, become a member of closed Facebook group, where you can throughout the challenge get support from other practitioners.

We will complete the evening with a kundalini Yoga class and then a laydown concert with the loved mantra group Satmander.
