Yoga and alignment with experienced teacher and Chiropractor

Weekly class wednsdays at 8.30-10.00

This class is open to all levels who want to deepen their understanding of the Yoga postures. Alicia’s expertise from her background as a Chiropractor is alignment-based movement. Utilizing the yoga props, Alicia leads you through a Hatha yoga practice, skillfully weaving mindful movement with Restorative Yoga postures. You will build self-awareness, learn to access the Yoga postures in a more meaningful way while calming the nervous system and moving with the breath.
