WORKSHOP 2:

Hip's don't lie! At least that’s what Shakira proclaimed – and maybe she was onto something? The fact remains that we use our hips as garbage bins. Physical trauma, grief, and stress could be stored all the way back from childhood. When we loosen up and relax in the hips we release energy and we find both flexibility and joy of life.

Power yoga delivers both a dynamic and demanding full body workout, as well as much needed soul food.

Each of the 2 workshops have their own focus, but both will feature detoxing and cleansing flows that will assist you getting rid of the tensions, thoughts and habits that does not serve you anymore.
