The Brighten your Inner Light workshop is part of the Restorative Yoga Winter Series with Constanza and Laura. All workshops are at Ground and have a 10 student limit to ensure you get the individual attention you deserve. One workshop costs 350 kr. (early bird price 300 kr. if you register and pay by 15 February) or you can register for all three for 800 kr. Payment can be made via MobilePay or in cash prior to the workshop.
