Named after the barre that ballerinas use to warm up and develop balance, Barre is a type of exercise that stems from a combination of ballet, yoga, pilates and dance moves to help you tone and strengthen your body.

Barre workouts will improve your flexibility, core strength, balance, posture and work muscle groups that you probably didn’t even know existed!

This session runs for four Saturdays at Ground Studio from 10.30-11.30. It is taught in English and suitable for all levels - complete beginners are welcome!

400 kr for the four-class session. Register by messaging us on Facebook, by email or texting/calling 22 76 07 46. Payment can be made through MobilePay (+45 22 76 12 21 / Ground - please include your name and the session name) or by cash after registering for the session.

The session requires a minimum of four registrations to run, so don't wait to confirm your spot!
