Focus: Playtime
If yoga is yet another ''must do'' chore, a mere bullet point to be ticked off the ''to do list''; then it isn't really yoga. How can we maintain the play and fun we as children approached physical exercise with?

Many of us would like to live lighter, and leave less of a mess behind us. Many of us have had the experience of loosing something, and feeling surprisingly lighter, relieved and perhaps even more free as a consequence. How can we live in harmony with all things and beings surrounding us?

In these workshops we will look at how that may be obtained.

Taught in English or Danish depending on demand.
