Live an experience trying to find balance during Āsana (posture) and discover the basic theory concepts of the Āsana practice.

Every individual, with interest on Āsana (posture) yoga practice, can participate.

Alertness and relaxation are the dual qualities of Āsana -Yoga Sutras II.46

Would you like to find balance between them in your Āsana practice?

This workshop intents to offer you an experience and concepts to improve your relation between you and your Āsana practice.

It is base on the following concepts:

- Yoga Sutra II.46    sthira-sukham-asanam

- Viniyoga, proper application based on the situation.

- Yoga Sutra I.12    abhyasa-vairagyabhyam-tat-nirodhah

- and frequently asked questions from students during the last year at Yogacentralen :)

Previous knowledge or experience with Āsana or Yoga is NOT required to participate.

It is an experience, come open to live it.
