Aerial yoga is like becoming a child again: we play, go upside down, allow ourselves to explore, take chances and finally release into the embrace of the hammock. This is a workshop for students who have tried Aerial yoga before, are comfortable going upside down, and want to play more.
We will experience the power that is gained by using the hammocks for strengthening - especially core and hand strength. We will play around with new tricks and flips and have fun with an afternoon of total bliss flying through the air!
