This workshop is for all with a desire to practice yoga in the magic, turquoise hammocks.
Plenty of time to get into the uplifted poses, long intense stretches and challenging exercises for the core.
You will be taken through all the inverted poses in Aerial Yoga, with patience and time so that the integration of the benefits can take place. Aerial yoga offers us a new perspective on authentic yoga postures, and in this workshop we will explore, refine and advance these.
The workshop ends with a long Savasana ( relaxation) in the fabric, leaving you feeling uplifted, focused and full of energy!
