Mission

We teach Astanga yoga as it is being taught in KPJAYI shala in Mysore tradition by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and R. Sharath Jois, India. You will get a yoga practice of steadiness, calmness, strength and flexibility and we teach making yoga accessible to everyone.

Sri K. Pattabhi Jois blessed us and our shala in 2006 with a fantastic workshop and conference and R. Sharath Jois is continuing the teachings in our city coming in 2009, 2011, 2013, 2015 and August 2017..
