SALIG in the sun are extra fun pop-up classes that will be found in the schedule the summer months of June, July and August.
The class will take place in the Fælledparken close to the playground.
SALIG in the sun class will be a Hatha flow where you get the body moving and loosened up, the class finishes with relaxing stretches with yin inspiration.
Bring yoga mat, drinking bottle, extra clothes, towel.
OBS !! If bad weather, the class will move indoors at SALIG
