Iyengar Yogaretreat ved Middelhavet

We invite you to an Iyengar Yoga Holiday from August 8th to 13th 2021 taught by Paolo Rava (Italian) and Lya Saaek (Danish).

We are happy to announce these 6 days of Iyengar yoga teachings in the open high above the Mediterranean! Working at the roots of the positions, we rediscover the sensibility of the feet, the strength of the legs and we recharge the core. Through working on opening the pelvis the vital energy will flow freely and while the keeping the focus on the breath throughout the positions, we obtain mental relaxation.Following the security rules for this period, we ask you to bring 1-2 yoga mats, 2 yoga blankest and 2 yoga belts. We can only provide chairs, bolsters and bricks. The workshop consists of 20 hours of teachings, but the schedule might change according to the weather.The seminar will be taught in Italian and English.

Sunday 8: 15:00 Arrival - 16:00 - 19:00 Yoga 

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 - 11:00 Yoga

Friday 13: 8:00 - 12:00 Yoga - 12:00 - 13:00 Cleaning

Paolo Rava e Lya Saaek, certified IYENGAR® Yoga teachers: Paolo, Intermediate Junior II, with 37 years of teaching experience and Lya, Introductory II, with 28 years of teaching experience and great passion for the therapeutical aspects.
