RESTORATIVE SOUNDBATH - Setting intentions and starting anew

A restorative soundbath to say bye to the old and set intentions for the new year which truly come from within. Come drop into the depths of you and lean into this new year aligned!

This evening is an opportunity for you to press pause, cocoon into rest and find some re-aligning and re-connection with yourself at the start of the year. In the world with its ever-increasing speed slowing down and finding those moments of stillness to tune in and get a sense of clarity of what has been, what is and what is yet to come. Come and treat yourself a beautiful candlelit evening full of warmth and self-care to deeply relax and restore your body, nervous system and mind while being held by the sounds and vibrations of beautiful instruments such as the gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and rain sticks.

We will incorporate a few very simple optional restorative yoga poses to really help you come down in gear and enable you to fully and deeply relax. Otherwise the only thing to do is to lie down under a blanket, close your eyes and relax while allowing the sounds around you to take you on a little journey inwards.

You are wholeheartedly welcome to come and make this gift for yourself and someone you care for to step out of the wagon to be able to see things in perspective, and to take some time for yourself to fill your cup, re-balance and recharge at the start of the year!
