🦚 CrossYoga Retreat in Malaga, Spain

Unplug and invest a few days of your life into your well-being. A peaceful environment, Christ-centered yoga, beautiful walks, healthy food and community come together in this restorative retreat experience. Come back home with new energy and maybe a new way of thinking and being. Yoga and meditation makes it easier to listen and tune in, meditate, think and read.  

The retreat will be held in English and all nationalities are welcome!

Retreat Leader
Rie Frilund Skårhøj, from Denmark, is the founder of CrossYoga and hosts retreats, teacher trainings and more.  She will guide you through the yoga practice at the retreat. She is an experienced teacher, so you are in safe hands whether you are experienced in yoga or new. She will teach a mix between slow and flow yoga including meditation. She also offer some facia-release technices during the yoga practice

At the retreat you’ll experience:

• 2 CrossYoga sessions and meditations every day
• Quiet time for 2 hours after the first CrossYoga session with opportunity for fellowship the rest of the day
• Healthy meals and snacks
• Sun, warmth and a private pool
• Options to walk in the beautiful mountains of Andalusia 

About the house & retreat
The retreat is held in a house with 7 rooms and 6 bathrooms. The house is build in typical spanish style and it has a breath taking view.

We will be around 14 participants if the retreat is full and you’ll get to know people really well as there is plenty of time to talk. But that is if you want! You can also choose solitide if that is what you need!

You can join the retreat if you are not use to doing yoga!  Don’t let that hold you back!

At the retreat Rie will be teaching Christian yoga and she teaches with respect for anyone that might have other spiritual believes than Christian.
