Posture correction workshop for low arched feet, knee pain and lower back pain

Our lower body carries a lot of weight every single day, for many, our feet and lower back never seem to listen to what we want of them.

How much should the pelvis til? How do I use my core strength to stabilise my bendy lower back? Why does my lower back and feet hurt when we walk too much? What to do with my outward bowed shins? How do I avoid knee pain when I bare weight? Even people with strong muscles can still have pain and problems.

In this workshop we will engage therapeutic exercises to lengthen, correct, strengthen and harmonise the different parts of our lower body. We will also learn to establish a routine that can make this practice manageable and doable. Anyone can attend, you don´t need prior experience with yoga.

What to bring:
Comfortable clothes, an open heart and a pen and paper.
