Welcome to my annual Iyengar Yoga retreat to the rewarded eco Kasbah in Marocco.

I welcome you all to a wonderful week of yoga and meditation in the beautiful Morocco that offers everything a traveler could wish for: an interesting story, interesting monuments, breath taking natural beauty, friendly people and a great kitchen .

Nature is fantastic in the autumn with blue skies and bright light. The temperature is probably like a perfect hot Danish summer with hot days and cool mornings and evenings.

We will be staying at the beautifull Berber castle surrounded by desert and sacred mountains, where the sympathetic owners Hélène and Hassan are running the Kasbah based on the principles of ecotourism. The Kasbah is located in the middle of the large eco-sanctuary l'Arangerai which is part of Unesco World Heritage. The Kasbah has received the world nominee 1st Price as the most remarkable and sustainable tourist place IN THE WORLD !

The day start with meditation followed by yoga. In the afternoon there will be relaxing yoga as well, with one afternoon off.
