2.5 hours of pure bliss! Restful, comforting, delicious poses that make you go hmmmmm. In restorative we practice embracing silence and space. By putting our bodies in comfortable and supported positions we allow the mind to have space to quiet down and find the stillness within.
Gentle suggestions and guidance will be given to help mentalise the experience. There will also be a lot of hands on adjustments to make sure you are the most comfortable you could be.
Students of all levels are welcomed, beginners will find their taste for stillness and space whereas experienced practitioners will be able to explore deeper layers in their minds.
