In India, ancient feminine communities have a rich and profound history, deeply rooted in the country’s cultural and spiritual background. These circles, often referred to as “satsangs”, “kirtans”, “mahila mandalas”, or “women’s gatherings”, have served as spaces for women to come together, share wisdom, celebrate their femininity, and support each other in various aspects of life. Women have traditionally gathered in temples to engage in rituals, discussions, storytelling, and various creative and spiritual practices.

These gatherings of women had as purpose the spiritual growth of all the women and to nurture the bonds between women within a community. Ancient feminine circles celebrated womanhood in all its facets.

Through dance, music, and art, women expressed their emotions, desires, and creative energies and through tantric spiritual practices they would also awaken their consciousness and wisdom, becoming true inspiration for others.

Everything you’ll learn is practical knowledge that you can use to live life & use your feminine gifts to the fullest!

The Woman’s dance on the music of the Moon

The cycle of the Moon and it’s different stages influence immensely the way  we manifest as women in different moments of the month, correlated with our hormones and predominant archetype.

During Women’s Retreat we will discover and awaken through different practices and esoteric methods the 4  feminine archetypes.

Additional Experiences

• Goddess Yoga & Guided Meditations: Nurture your body and soul with practices designed specifically for women. Through a combination of asanas, breathwork, and meditation, we will get in touch with our body and our consciousness, supporting emotional healing, awakening our energy and eliminating stress and inner tensions.
• Hot Tub Relaxation: Together we will enjoy a deeply fulfilling experience of hot tubs in nature, home made scrubs and candle lights.
• Yoni Egg Workshop: Each participant will receive as a gift a yoni egg and we will learn together how to use them to awaken our erotic energy and heal any traumas regarding sexuality.
• Feminine Cycles & Nutrition: Gain insights on how your cycle influences your health and how we can balance our hormones through diet and yogic techniques.
• Mystical Ceremony of awakening of Feminine Essence: Towards the end of the retreat we will create together a mystical and profound ceremony of adoring the Mother, the Fascinating Woman, the Heroine and the Initiating Woman.

On the final day of our retreat, each participant will have the opportunity to engage in a stunning photo session with a professional photographer, capturing the essence and beauty of their predominant archetype.

Dressed in flowing fabrics and adorned with nature-inspired elements, you’ll embody the qualities of your feminine essence, allowing your inner goddess to shine. This empowering experience not only celebrates your unique journey but also serves as a powerful reminder of your beauty, grace, and courage.

As you pose and express yourself in front of the camera, you’ll embrace and honor your feminine self, leaving with exquisite images that reflect the goddess within you.

This feminine photo session is an optional experience, and it is fully your choice if you wish to do it or not. The photos will be given to you and then deleted from our database. They will not be published anywhere without your explicit consent.
