Living Yoga is a weekly 45 minute practice dedicated to exploring yoga beyond postures, through pranayama, meditation, study, and reflection.
Each session focuses on a different yogic concept or text, drawing from classical yoga teachings and, at times, Buddhist perspectives. Together we explore how these teachings can be understood and practiced in everyday life, in the way we relate, work, rest, and meet challenges.
This is currently the only weekly yoga philosophy class in Copenhagen.
You are welcome to join either in person or on Zoom.
The sessions are open, accessible and grounded. No prior experience with philosophy, meditation, or text study is needed. This is a space to learn, reflect, ask questions, and practice together.

100 DKK drop-in
350 DKK for a 4 class pass

- Pranayama to support steadiness and clarity
- Guided meditation
- Study and discussion of yogic concepts and texts

Who is this for?
This offering is for anyone curious about yoga as a full path, not only as physical practice. It is suitable for practitioners from all backgrounds who wish to deepen their understanding and bring yoga into everyday living. You are invited to come as you are, and to explore what it means to practice yoga in the midst of daily life.
