ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
Much of our human history and lives consists of some version of strengthening. Whenever we encounter conflict and stress, we contract and protect ourselves in habitual ways. Over the years, these contraction builds up, and forms our armour. It becomes habitual tensions in some areas, it becomes habitual contractions in our minds.

In this workshop, through stillness and posing in comfortable positions, we will explore freeing our body. We will start working on uncovering all the years of holdings, allow the layers underneath to come to the surface.

If you know what restorative yoga is, this is a good place to pause your life, and check your internal inventory. If you have never done it before, this is a good start for our system to become conditioned, and get a taste of this wonderful, transformational practice.

The poses, the physical aspect of restorative yoga is small, anyone can do it. But the benefit and the ripple this will make is life changing.


This workshop is suitable for all levels, please dress comfortably in layers.
