ABOUT this retreat:

At the turn of the season, we'll gather for a nourishing weekend of sacred movement, ancient ritual and the art of Stillness.
This retreat will allow you time to create a personal rite of passage to discover and celebrate the power of what you keep hidden, while being inspired and successfully by Nature and Sisterhood in a grounded, tranquil and life-giving atmosphere amongst the trees, flowers and fields.

Tanya & Pernille's offerings are gentle, potent and inspired by the ancient practices of yoga & Earth.

This retreat is for women of all ages looking to:
➵ Connect with other women in a shared, Empowered space.
➵ Commence the lifelong art of listening to the inner call.
➵ Create a healthy, loving relationship with sina body.
➵ Move in the direction of personal healing and soulful purpose.
➵ Re-discover here personal connection to Nature and the healing arts.

There is absolutely no experience required for this retreat. This is a women's only weekend.

PROGRAM:

The daily experience will include a practice of sacred movement, contemplation and ritual - we'll dive into the healing powers of sistership, we'll awaken our alchemical powers of compassion and creativity, and we'll inspire you two heal, transform and walk the path of your heart's deepest desire.

We'll start Friday to 12.00 and end Sunday about 15:00

BRING:

➵ Comfortable clothes for yoga practice & warm layers two be outside in the evening
➵ A white outfit / dress
➵ Any sacred items som crystals, etc. {optional}
➵ A journal and something two write with

Yoga mats, blankets and props will be provided by our facility, but you Also included are welcome to bring your own.

PRICE & ACCOMMODATION:

➵ Double room: 3800 kr.  (This week we are offering you and your soul-sister a 600 DKK discount if you sign up together)
➵ Single room: 4.200 kr.

If you wanna share a room with someone you know, please include a note upon registering and include the person's first + last name.

Price includes towels, bed linen, and Friday lunch & dinner; Saturday breakfast, lunch & dinner; and Sunday breakfast & lunch. Price does not include transportation costs and Any Requested extras.

Meals are vegetarian. Special requests can be made - an additional cost kan ansöka.

If you are traveling by car, FREE parking is available.
